Website and Free Resources
These terms apply to the SpatialVision™ website, requests for free resources, and the communications described below.
Our checklists, articles, and other educational materials provide general information. They do not replace project specifications, manufacturer instructions, site inspections, or professional judgment. Users are responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, product requirements,
and project conditions before relying on them.
Requesting a free resource does not create a paid subscription. Paid software, trials, consulting, and training may be subject to separate terms presented when those services are offered.
Contact Information and Communication Choices
When submitting a form, provide accurate contact information belonging to you or that you are authorized to use.
We use the information you submit to fulfill your request. Where separate consent choices are provided, you may select the communication channels and message types you wish to receive. Providing a phone number alone on our checklist request form does not enroll you in its SMS program.
Consent to promotional email, marketing calls, or SMS is not required to receive the free checklist.
You may withdraw your consent to a channel without withdrawing consent to other channels.
Email Communications
When you request a resource, we may email you the resource and information needed to fulfill that request.
If you separately opt in to promotional emails, SpatialVision™ may send product information, educational content, offers, and demo or trial invitations. Email frequency varies.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent necessary communications about an active account, service, or request.
Phone Calls
If you select the phone-call consent option, you authorize SpatialVision™ representatives to call the number provided about your request, flooring-prep needs, products, services, and demo or trial opportunities.
You may withdraw permission for marketing calls by telling our representative or emailing [email protected].
We will honor requests not to receive further marketing calls.
This option does not authorize artificial or prerecorded voice calls.
SMS Program
Transparent Engineered Solutions, DBA SpatialVision™, sends text messages to people who expressly opt in.
Depending on your selections, messages may include assistance with resource requests, or marketing messages about product updates,
offers, and demo or trial invitations. Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are separate, optional choices.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received.
Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request.
To rejoin, submit a new SMS opt-in.
Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
