Our online onboarding sessions typically last around 45 minutes. We also offer a one-hour topography diagnosis class for the SpatialVision™ software. For in-person training, we can schedule sessions in half-day or full-day blocks, depending on the client’s location and the scope of the training. For more comprehensive training programs, we can provide up to three days of on-site instruction.

Currently, we provide post-consulting and post-training support through email and phone. Our clients can reach out to us directly for assistance during regular business hours. In the future, we plan to implement a more structured support system, possibly including a dedicated phone line that transfers calls to our team members during specific hours.
